Each player may hold only one active adda97 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
All bonuses issued by adda97 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated at the time the bonus is issued.
adda97 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
adda97 operates on a strict fair-play basis. Any form of collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes are prohibited and will result in account termination and legal referral where applicable.

The adda97 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. adda97 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
To access the full functionality of adda97, you must register an account by providing your Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and any additional verification information requested. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. adda97 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on adda97. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities by the same individual, is strictly prohibited. If adda97 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances and bonuses will be voided, and any withdrawals processed in connection with duplicate accounts may be reversed. Players who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned are prohibited from registering a new account under any circumstances.
adda97 is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using adda97 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. adda97 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction other than where it operates. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your adda97 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. adda97 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. adda97 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification confirming name, date of birth, and address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by adda97 may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or the temporary freezing of the account.
Players must ensure that all personal details held on their adda97 account are accurate and up to date at all times. Any discrepancy between the name on the account and the name on the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals may result in transaction delays or account review. adda97 is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate account information.
adda97 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). adda97 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.
The minimum deposit amount at adda97 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed during the transaction process. adda97 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 30 minutes on average. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. adda97 will communicate any delays directly to the affected player via the registered contact details. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts; funds must be returned to a payment method registered in the same name as the adda97 account.
Deposited funds must be used for genuine wagering activity. adda97 reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawals where deposit activity appears to constitute money cycling, payment fraud, or any other attempt to exploit the payments infrastructure without genuine gaming intent. In such cases, adda97 may request additional verification and, where fraud is confirmed, may close the account and refer the matter to the relevant financial institution.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by adda97 are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits when playing with bonus funds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of bonus issuance and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per individual promotion. adda97 actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated activity between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, adda97 reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional eligibility.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. adda97 is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
All game outcomes on adda97 are determined by the certified random number generators (RNGs) and live-feed systems operated by the respective Game Providers. adda97 does not alter or influence game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded on the Game Provider's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive result.
Sports betting markets on adda97 are governed by the rules of the respective Game Provider supplying the sportsbook. Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as football, kabaddi, and hockey markets, are subject to the market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets placed on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned in full.
adda97 and its Game Providers reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time prior to settlement, including after acceptance, where there is reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the market or the validity of the bet. Void bets will have stakes returned to the player's BDT wallet without interest.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or bet placement, adda97 will use all reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not technically possible, stakes placed in incomplete rounds will be returned to the player's wallet. adda97 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity failures on the player's side, including mobile network interruptions common in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or other regions of Bangladesh.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the adda97 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

All content on the adda97 Platform, including but not limited to the adda97 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of adda97 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the express written consent of adda97 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adda97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other financial loss. adda97's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's BDT wallet balance at the time of the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
adda97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. Where an account is closed by adda97 for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the last-used payment method. Where an account is closed due to player misconduct, adda97 may retain any remaining balance in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your adda97 account, game outcome, payment, or bonus, you should first contact adda97 support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. adda97 will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving all relevant information. All communications regarding disputes will be conducted in English.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter shall be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. adda97 will provide a final written response within 14 days of the complaint being escalated. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect withdrawal procedures, bonus eligibility, or prohibited conduct definitions — adda97 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated terms will display the revised effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of adda97 following the posting of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
